Services We Provide
We offer professional pool cleaning and maintenance services to residential customers in Farmers Branch, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly pool cleaning, one-time cleanings, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and pool inspections.
All services are performed by trained technicians who follow industry best practices and safety standards.
Booking and Scheduling
When you book a service with us, you are agreeing to the date, time, and scope of work discussed. We do our best to arrive during the scheduled time window, but delays can happen due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, we offer convenient monthly billing options.
If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to suspend services until the account is current.
Your Responsibilities
To help us provide the best service, you need to ensure our technicians have safe access to your pool area. This includes unlocked gates, clear pathways, and proper notification if there are pets on the property.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate water levels in your pool and ensuring electrical outlets near the pool are functional. Any damage to our equipment caused by your property or negligence may result in repair charges.
Limitation of Liability
We carry full liability insurance and take every precaution to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your pool, equipment, or surrounding property that is discovered during service.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Service Guarantees
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
However, we cannot guarantee specific results for certain conditions like severe algae blooms or equipment malfunctions beyond our control. We will always communicate honestly about what is possible.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
